Pet Sitting Rates
Our rate options below are for animal care visits that include the most popularly requested services - feeding, letting out/walking, and general routine pet care. We feel our rates are fair and competitive, with options to fit most clients' budgets and needs. We also understand that every pet is different, and may require different care. If you feel our care visit options do not adequately meet your needs, or have a pet with particular needs not addressed here, please call us to discuss a custom program for your pet care requirements.

Initial Meet-and-Greet consultation: COMPLIMENTARY
When you first contact Happy Tails, we will schedule a 30-45 minute
pet sitting consultation to get to know each other, gather information
and discuss your pet care needs. Most importantly, we want to meet
and get to know your pet(s).
Standard Visit 30 minutes: $20 for up to 2 animals
Includes...
- Routine pet care visit, feeding, watering, litter box cleaning
- Dog walking, yard playtime, inside play for cats
- Lots of love, play, scratches and attention
- Administration of medication, insulin injections
- Includes home care and crime deterrent measures
Premium Visit 60 minutes: $30 for up to 3 animals
Includes all of the above, plus...
- Perfect for the multi-pet household
- Pets who need extra love, exercise and attention
- Dogs who need to be walked separately or longer
- Horse care visits - feeding, turnout, stall picking **
- Farm animal care, multiple animals/herds (goats/sheep/chickens)
- Includes home care and crime deterrent measures
Pet Taxi / Errand Runs - $25 per trip up to 12 miles from client's home
- Transport your pet to the groomer, vet appointment, trainer, etc.
- Errand runs for pet food or supplies, medication pickups, etc.
* Extended time visits are available and billed at our regular rate
plus $10 per 30 minute increment.
** Stall cleaning and horse care in excess of 2 horses will be quoted
on an individual basis. Please call to discuss your needs.
PawJama Parties: $75 per night
Overnights are available on a first come, first serve basis depending on distance and scheduling availability. Overnights are not 24-hour care, but are in addition to daily scheduled visits - 1-2 additional daily visits are recommended. The sitter will arrive at your home between 8pm and 9pm, and stay with your pets until 7-8am.
PawJama Parties include PM walk/care and AM feeding/walk/care.

Mileage Rates
Above rates are quoted for within a 10 mile radius of Millbrook, NY.
A rate of $0.30/per mile added for travel in excess of 10 miles each way.
Holidays
Please add $10 per day for the following: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day.
